TECHNICAL SERVICE
The technical service in the building is provided by GlobalVision Property Management, which is responsible for repairs and troubleshooting in the building, answering questions about technical issues of the rented premises, and others.
Pro tip
Do you need some minor repairs or renovation works? GlobalVision Property Management can provide handyman services or specialised maintenance services at an additional charge.
Reporting malfunctions
Have you noticed a malfunction? No reason to panic. All you have to do is report it via the ticketing system and we will do the rest.
In case of emergency, the Building Manager can be approached directly and the issue will be urgently addressed.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP
Notify the Building Manager about the malfunction using the ticketing system.
A ticket is entered into an electronic malfunction register.
Depending on the importance and urgency of the problem, technical staff will suggest a time for the repair to take place and notify you.
If the repair is highly urgent or a malfunction occurs outside of working hours, contact the technician on duty at the phone number 0731 339 480. He can be contacted 24 hours a day.

The Asset Manager is in charge of general activities regarding the tenants/building, coordinates and participates in the handover of the rented space, coordinates different events, contracts, tendering, renovation works.

The Team Leader Operations & Customer Care is in charge of the general operations for all the buildings from the portfolio, keeps a good relationship with all the tenants, coordinates the Building Managers’ and Asset Managers’ activities, implements budgets and procedures.
