    BREEAM Certificate

    This international certification is issued by an external audit company which confirms the use of solutions based on sustainable development that have a positive impact on the environment, social life and economics.

    The certificate has five levels: “pass”, “good”, “very good”, “excellent” and “outstanding”.



    The certificate covers various areas related to the environment: energy and water consumption, health and well-being, pollution, transport, location, access to services, materials used, waste, land use, eco-friendly actions, and management processes.

    LEED Certificate

    This international certification is is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership. Available for virtually all building types, LEED provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings

    The certificate has four levels: “certified”, “silver”, “gold” and “platinium”.



    The certificate covers various areas related to the environment: integrated design process, energy and environment, effective water management, materials and natural resources, the quality of the indoor environment, location and transportation, sustainable terrain, innovation and Regional Priorities.
